civil practice with an emphasis on employment law, administrative law, family law, immigration law, wills and probate
law, and real estate law. I have been licensed for over thirty years.

and matters, Texas Workforce Commission claims and matters, non-competition agreements, employment contracts, employee policy
manuals, employment discrimination matters and claims, and hiring and termination of employees; contracts involving everything
from artwork to business to leases to real estate; family law issues involving annulment, divorce, modification, child support,
martial property, attorney general enforcement, and agreements incident to divorce, premarital agreements and postmarital
agreements; immigration issues from family petitions and applications, permanent residence, marriage of foreign spouses, and
immigrant employment issues including visas; wills, trusts, guardianships, living wills, directive to physicians, durable
power of attorney for health care, and durable power of attorney; probating wills with letters of administration or as muniment
of title, application for heirship, and administration of estate without a will; and all real estate issues from closings,
sale and purchase of real estate, title issues, removal of clouds on title, deeds, partition of real estate, and all issues
of real estate litigation.
My goal is to provide effective legal services within affordable rates. Hourly rates range from $150.00
to $250.00 per hour billable in fifteen minute increments. I also accept all credit cards for your convenience.
